Blueberry Bowl & Blueberry Chia Muffins


Currently on a blueberry smoothie kick for breakfast. Instead of constantly drinking my smoothie through a straw I keep coming up with new ways to drink it. Check out my blueberry smoothie bowl + @toneitup blueberry-chia mini muffins here!

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl:

Top with your favorite toppings! ... I topped mine with bee pollen, coconut flakes, cashew butter and a @toneitup blueberry-chia mini muffin (recipe below!)

Tone It Up Blueberry-Chia Mini Muffins

  • 3/4 cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein
  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • Coconut oil spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients & whisk together
  3. Fold in blueberries
  4. Spray muffin tin and add 2 tbsp of batter to each
  5. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  6. Remove when toothpick comes out clean
