A weekend isn’t complete in my books without a talllll AF stack of protein pancakes.
I.LOVE.PANCAKES. But, i don’t like how regular pancakes make me feel. Usually coming with a side of sleepiness, bloating & later, a sugar crash.
SO i have switched to making my gluten free - sometimes vegan - protein pancakes. (other recipes are back in the archives, go take a peek)
If you know me, you know that I also LOVE my matcha. So this Sunday, I thought I would combine the two.
- 1 scoop TIU protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 egg
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ippodo tea matcha
- Drop of maple syrup for added flavor
- Almond butter
- Bee pollen
- Coconut flakes
