How to Make: Watermelon Summer Slushy

Let's talk hydration for a minute. Sometimes this piece of self-care gets overlooked and put to the wayside. Water regulates body temperatures, transports nutrients, lubricates the joints, and flushes out toxins and wastes. When you're dehydrated, toxins are reabsorbed by the body, stressing your liver and eventually weakening your immune system. SO moral of the story, let's aim to avoid de-hydration whenever possible!

My favorite drink to make for pool days or just days I need a little extra kick of nutrients and hydration. Super simple & highly delicious!

Blend Together:

  • 1/2 a Watermelon (diced)
  • 4 Limes
  • Fresh Ginger to taste
  • Maple Syrup if extra sweetness is desired
