Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad Recipe
One of my go to lunch or dinners is this simple yet DELISH Blacked Shrimp Caesar, so I wanted to share with you how I put my personal spin on it! Follow the below recipe if you want to create this super tasty salad!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 Sweet Potato (cut into 1 inch cubes) 
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper 
- Salt and Pepper (to taste) 
- 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup 
- 1/2 cup of Cherry Tomatoes 
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
- 4-6 Pieces of Uncooked Shrimp (per serving) 
- 1 tsp Chili Powder 
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder 
- 1 tbsp Butter ( or I like to use Garlic Ghee) to heat the pan 
- 2 Heads of Fresh Romaine Lettuce 
- 1/2 of an Avocado 
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese 
- @primalkitchen Caesar dressing - ** When it comes to measurements, I usually just eyeball it, so just go based off of your preferences!** 
HOW TO:
- Sweet potato: lightly drizzle olive oil over cut pieces. Spice with cayenne, salt & pepper - place in air fryer for ~25ish minutes at 375 degrees. **Pro-tip - drizzle a small amount of maple syrup over the pieces halfway into cooking. 
- Tomatoes: cut in half, drizzle olive oil salt & pepper - set to the side 
- Shrimp: season with salt, pepper, chili & garlic powder - heat butter on grill pan (I love using garlic ghee) and place shrimp on once pan is hot hot hot ... cook for 3 min each side 
- Lettuce: Wash, rinse, rip & plate 
- Avocado: Slice & Plate 
- Cheese: Sprinkle alllll of the parm 
- Dressing: drizzle @primalkitchen Caesar dressing
