3 Simple Cocktail Recipes
Here are a few of my favorite cocktails that I have been sipping on lately! They are all so easy to make and taste AMAZING. Let me know which one is your favorite!
Espresso Martini
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2 shots of espresso (can use decaf if you just want the flavor) 
- 1.5 oz Titos vodka 
- 1 tsp of Stevia (or your sweetener of choice) 
- barista blend non dairy milk (I used @oatly for this!) 
- **Garnish: whole espresso beans 
HOW TO:
- Pour espresso, vodka, and a sprinkle of stevia into the shaker 
- Vigorously shake with ice 
- POUR 
- Cold froth the non-dairy milk 
- POUR 
- Top with espresso beans for aesthetic 
Cranberry Bourbon Spritz
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 tbsp of fresh spiced cranberry simple syrup - DIY Syrup: Combine fresh cranberries, orange peel, maple syrup, cinnamon stick, dash of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of water into a pan. Simmer until the cranberries pop & it thickens! 
 
- 1 tbsp of fresh squeezed OJ 
- 1.5 oz of bourbon (or skip for a mocktail... or honestly whatever alc you prefer to get you through the season 😉 
- @nudebeverages hard seltzer 
- **Garnish: Rosemary, fresh cranberries, and dried orange slice 
HOW TO:
- Grab your shaker and add in the cranberry simple syrup, orange juice, and bourbon and shake shake shake! 
- POUR into a glass filled with ice and top it off with @nudebeverages hard seltzer 
- To finish off, add in your fresh cranberries, a sprig of Rosemary dipped in snowy sugar, and a dried orange slice and CHEERS! 
Apple Spiced Margarita
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2 ounces reposado tequila (the reposado is kind of the key here) 
- 1 ½ to 2 ounces apple juice or purée (I did mine as a purée - I blended the apples in a blender and used the purée in the shaker. It gave pretty little apple flecks in the drink.) 
- 1-2 full limes juiced 
- 1 teaspoon honey simple syrup (recipe below) 
- Dash ground cinnamon 
- Honey simple syrup - ¼ cup honey 
- ¼ cup water 
- Heat until honey melts into the water 
 
- Cinnamon/sugar/salt rim blend and garnish - 1 teaspoon sugar (I used coconut sugar, but cane sugar or turbinado sugar will also do) 
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt 
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
- Lime wedges 
- **Garnish: 1 star of anise per drink and a slice of apple 
 
HOW TO:
- Pour your tequila, apple puree, lime juice, honey simple syrup, and dash of cinnamon in a shaker with ice and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! 
- Rim your glass with the cinnamon/sugar/salt blend and fill with ice 
- POUR into the glass and top with a star anise, slice of apple, and a dash of cinnamon and ENJOY!
