Something that really helped me each day during my pregnancy, was checking in on how I was feeling and taking a look at my tasks for the coming month/week/days ahead. Not only was it important for me to keep my tasks in order, it was vital to have a place where I could also check in on my mental state. Creating these habits during the changes that pregnancy brought, helped me navigate the even bigger changes that came after giving birth during the postpartum phase as well.

I created a journal + life planner to help you feel your best during pregnancy and postpartum…

This past year I have gotten to know myself on a new level, in a new chapter of life. Having a baby forces you to get to know the deepest parts yourself that you haven’t wanted to face.

Not only did I have to face old and new versions of myself, take care of myself physically, mentally, emotionally all while researching tons of information for months on end — I also had to care for another little tiny human, be as present as possible and show up as the best version of myself.

Since highschool, journaling and meditating has been an important part of my daily life to keep me feeling sane but it became an even deeper practice during pregnancy and postpartum. There has been much more intention behind every meditation and journal entry but it was also tough to find time getting out my journal and pen in between feeding and holding a little one.

I realized I needed to create a place where everything you needed during pregnancy & postpartum was right at your fingertips, so the Bump & Beyond life planner was born.

It has space for intention setting and getting in touch with your emotions in the morning and nighttime, free writing space to journal and get clear. It has a space for habit tracking so you can start to check off daily accomplishments as well as links to workouts you can do at any point on your journey.
